Red Cabbage Salad
Red Cabbage Salad
  • 5 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage, optional
  • 12 cup golden raisins, optional
  • 14 cup toasted, sliced almonds, optional

DRESSING

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 12 tsp salt
  • pepper, to taste

Combine cabbage, raisins, and almonds in a large bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salad.
