Hi Enda. What is Laughter Therapy? Laughter therapy uses laughing as a tool to help deal with stress or pain. Laughter yoga out of India encourages people to make faces to make them laugh. While I think laughter caused by anything is a good thing laughter therapy as I practice it is a genuine form of therapy helping people find relief and make changes in their lives. The theory behind all of it is that laughter makes us feel physically and emotionally better and promotes healing and wellbeing.
