A Little Uplift
“Whether I’m dealt a hand of chesed or strict justice, I’ll sing to You, Hashem”

The new single “Chesed,” sung by AVRAHAM FRIED with music lavishly arranged by YOELI DIKMAN, offers a rich and mellow musical experience together with the verse from Gemara Berachos “Chesed Umishpat ashirah lecha… — that whether I’m dealt a hand of chesed or strict justice, I’ll sing to You, Hashem.” It is the third of a new series of singles composed and produced by ELI GERSTNER and named “The Chizuk Project.” Launched back in September with the English ballad “Rise” — sung by Fried, Gerstner, and Baruch Levine, and composed by Gerstner with lyrics by Yisroel Besser — The Chizuk Project is funded and directed by philanthropist Jeremy Strauss to offer the entire community some irresistible free music and inspiration, a welcome blast of warmth in times when everyone could use some uplift.
