Honey-Pepper-Feta Dip or Pasta Sauce

Feel free to pile this dip onto a salad, scoop it up with crackers or cut-up vegetables for an after-school snack

Honey-Pepper-Feta Dip or Pasta Sauce

SERVES 6

  • 6 oz (170 g) feta cheese
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cube frozen garlic
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 cube frozen fried onions (optional)

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with immersion blender.

Serve with cut-up vegetables, crackers, on top of salad, or tossed with warm pasta.
