Taking Turns

A dreidel is a dreidel is a dreidel, right? Four sides, four letters, a point on the bottom, and a stick on top? Not if you ask Rabbi Eliyahu and Mrs. Clary Safran. To them, a dreidel can be a toy, a history lesson, a work of art, a souvenir from an exotic land, a wine bottle, a necklace — or anything at all.
