A secular book with powerful insight into how to live with your neshamah
There’s a famous self-help book that psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi wrote in 1990 called Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience. It’s one of the most comprehensive books on helping a person achieve optimal performance. It speaks to the concepts of mindfulness, of living in the moment, and what happens beyond the implications of career success. For a frum person, it can be extremely helpful in understanding how to be even more connected to Hashem in daily life. It’s a secular book with powerful insight into how to live with your neshamah.
