A World of Flavors at Kosherfest 2015

From the air Kosherfest 2015 would resemble nothing so much as an immense beehive with over 6 000 attendees swarming around 300-plus booths generating plenty of “buzz” for the newest kosher products. We were in foodie heaven as we cruised seven aisles packed with booths eating our way through the entire expo (how many calories are there in 300 tastes?). With special pavilions for Italy Argentina and Israel as well as producers from France Ukraine Morocco South Africa Spain Canada England and the Orient our trip to Secaucus turned into a trip around the world.
