Yet it turns out that the break was no match for the room full of mekarvim, whose boundless ahavas Yisrael is the pulsating force behind their day jobs. Without any fanfare, Rabbi Fully Eisenberger launched an impromptu campaign to raise funds for a new violin for the budding musician, and the money was raised in short order.

Torah is referred to as a shirah — a song. As Jews, we endeavor to produce the music that sustains all of creation. And when someone’s instrument falters, Olami, and all outreach organizations, are there to get the music playing again.
