MAKES 24 COOKIES (FREEZER-FRIENDLY)
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
To make the cinnamon filling: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, oil, flour, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon water, and salt.
