YIELDS 2 CUPS
Preheat broiler to high. Place all ingredients into a baking dish and mix. Place in oven and broil on high for 10– 15 minutes (depending on how soft the tomatoes are), shaking the pan every few minutes. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
