Serves 4
Combine ingredients in a resealable gallon-sized bag to create a marinade. Add the meat and turn the bag to coat the meat. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat oven to broil.
Transfer the meat and marinade to a 9×13-inch (23×33-cm) pan. Place the pan on the center rack of your oven. Broil for 4–5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 125–130°F (52–54°C).
