I always admired the creativity and talent of Chavie from Frostings and Co. Last year, she created these adorable, fun, and eye-popping cakesicles that can be custom designed to fit any Purim theme. Thank you, Chavie, for sharing some of the secrets of the trade.

you will need:
  • silicone ice cream molds
  • ziplock or piping bag
  • peanut chews or cake pop batter
  • mini popsicle sticks
  • printables for fondant pieces
  • colored chocolate bars (colors can be enhanced by using candy color, which is oil based; do not use regular food coloring, as the water in the color will make the chocolate seize)
Elegant Pops
you will need:
  • chocolate
  • gold dust
  • fondant
  • fondant impress letters (available from Amazon or Peppermill)
  • mask mold (available on Amazon)
