Smoked Salmon Salad
  • 7 oz (200 g) romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 6 Tbsp diced tomato
  • 1/4 red onion, julienned
  • 6 oz (170 g) Fish Grill smoked salmon or other smoked salmon
  • Fish Grill Greek Dressing or other Greek dressing
  • chopped candied almonds, for garnish

Combine lettuce, tomato, and onion in a bowl. Toss with Fish Grill Greek dressing. Top with the salmon and garnish with chopped candied almonds.
