In the end, they celebrated a far more personal simchah
After dancing with the various family members, Rav Yerucham left the circle. But rather than head for the doors, he headed straight to another dancing circle — that of the talmidim of the Mesivta of Eatontown — and spent another 45 minutes there, dancing with each bochur individually.
The bochurim had come to celebrate their rebbi’s simchah, but, in the end, they celebrated a far more personal simchah: the confirmation of their own invaluable self-worth.
