Elegant meets yummy in this delicious cake.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Beat the margarine and sugar in an electric mixer; add the eggs, one at a time, continuously beating well. Add the flour, baking powder, and nondairy milk and beat for 10 minutes. Pour half of the batter into a greased Bundt pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Drop in cranberries. Sprinkle again with sugar and cinnamon. Add the rest of the batter. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
