Refreshing, healthy, and easy to prepare in advance, a frozen smoothie is a great snack for kids to take to school. They can enjoy the thawed smoothie at recess or lunch break.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • leak-proof container or bottle (I use Komax juice bottles from Amazon)
  • your favorite smoothie recipe
  • toppings (optional)

Prepare the smoothie and freeze. Add toppings, if desired, once it’s frozen.
