Itzik carefully closed the trunk and brought the last Samsonite suitcase to the entrance of the building. He was not one to just dump luggage in a parking lot and drive off — he was a gentleman. Mr. Schoen treated him like one, too, pressing a generous sum into his hand without even asking him the price. Itzik nodded and waved him off with his famous Zei gezunt, which never failed to elicit a smile from his American passengers.
